Job summary

Ultimation Industries, Roseville, MI, is hiring a Welder / Fabricator to build and repair metal components for conveyor systems. You will fabricate, assemble, and weld per engineering drawings and specifications, with MIG as the primary process and TIG/stick as needed.

The role requires troubleshooting, efficient use of fabrication tools, and collaboration with a production team to meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; welding certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven welding/fabrication experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with welding safety standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Welding, fabricating, assembling metal structures per drawings and specs.
• Perform MIG welding; TIG/stick as needed.
• Operate fabrication tools safely and efficiently (grinders, saws).
• Finish metal work to required quality and appearance.
• Assist in mechanical assembly of conveyor systems when required.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
