Candidates should be pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Welding Engineering or a related field, with a 3.0+ GPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Welding Engineering or related field with Dec 2026–Aug 2027 graduation.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale; minimum 2.8.
• Willing to relocate to a John Deere factory location.
• US Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Previous intern or co-op in weld engineering.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete 8-month rotations across Weld OFP, Fabrication OFP, Tooling, and PDP assignments.
