• Evaluate and develop welding specifications per industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop robust welding procedures for high-precision components using GTAW, LBW, and brazing techniques.
• Maintain weld qualification reports, weld procedure specifications, and work instructions as needed.
• Communicate technical details clearly and provide training to operations teammates and customers.
