Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Welding Engineer for an onsite Norwich, NY assignment. The 12-month role focuses on developing weld and braze processes, parameterization, and process documentation to ensure production quality.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in welding engineering (or 6+ years in weld manufacturing with HS diploma), hands-on experience with weld programs, and strong collaboration across teams; it includes a Monday–Friday 1st shift and a pay range of $40–$45 per hour on W2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, or 6+ years welding/manufacturing experience with a HS diploma.
• Drug and background screen required.

Responsibilities

• Administers Unison Weld and Braze program; develops weld/braze parameters.
• Develops weld joint variables; supports process compliance audits.
• Supports welding equipment and weld operator programs; develops new weld processes and technology.
• Manufacturing engineering tasks as assigned; cross-functional collaboration.
