Job summary

Module X Solutions is seeking a Weld Engineer in Shreveport, Louisiana, responsible for developing and improving welding processes. This position will also ensure compliance with applicable codes and support manufacturing efficiency and safety. The Weld Engineer will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to develop robust solutions for modular structures.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in welding engineering, a related Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with welding automation is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in welding engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience developing and qualifying WPSs and PQRs.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Provide technical guidance for welding operations.
• Analyze welding defects and implement corrective actions.
