You will drive new product development and sustaining initiatives, applying tools like picoscope, microscope, high‑speed camera, and DoE software to optimize welding processes and performance. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of welding processes, metallurgy, and manufacturing.
• Minimum 1+ years welding engineering experience preferred, including manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate welding arc performance for commercial welding power supplies.
• Optimize welding arcs for Laser, GMAW, GMAW-P, GTAW, and SMAW processes.
• Develop welding related solutions for customer challenges and issues.
• Partner with production, engineering, customer service, marketing, and leadership to bring welding products to market.
• Support cross-functional team members with advanced customer applications and challenges.
