Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Welding Department Supervisor in Ocala, FL to direct the Welding Department, manage costs and production quality, and lead up to 25 personnel in a fully onsite environment.

You will oversee production planning, safety initiatives, quality control, cross‑functional coordination, and continuous improvement while coordinating with engineering and customers to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Welding: Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, Division I requirements, TIG, MIG, SMA, and stick welding, as well as ASNT-TC-1A NDT testing and acceptance criteria.
• Lean Manufacturing & Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves issues efficiently, analyzes information, develops solutions, and works effectively in group problem-solving situations.
