Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Welder to fabricate and weld metal components per engineering specs and blueprints at our Blandon, PA facility. The role emphasizes high-quality MIG welds on structural and mechanical assemblies to support production timelines.

Requirements include 1+ years welding experience, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Preference given to those with a High School diploma or GED and the ability to pass a welding test.

  • Fabrication and welding of steel angle, tube and plates to specification as well as plasma and flame cutting.
  • Operating other equipment such as forklifts, saws and drills
  • Welding piping, structural steel and other weldments
  • Related material handling and completion of documentation.

Job Overview

The Welder is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to engineering specifications and blueprints. This role supports production by ensuring high-quality welds on structural and mechanical assemblies using MIG welding techniques.
