Job summary

Waste-Pro is seeking a skilled welder to perform repairs and maintenance on forklifts, fleet equipment, and roll-off containers. You will weld steel and aluminum, fabricate components, and paint containers as needed.

This on-site role requires at least one year of welding experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Applicants must follow safety policies and participate in daily shop cleanliness and documentation.

Qualifications

• One year welding experience.
• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED certification.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance on front, rear load, and roll-off containers; welds and fabricates as needed.
• Welds steel and aluminum components using MIG and arc welding equipment.
• Bends steel components using breaks and shears; cuts steel with plasma cutter or torch.
• Fabricates steel components for trucks and containers and installs lids and wheels.
• Paints repaired and new containers; keeps shop clean and safe daily; follows safety policies.
• Completes required paperwork and adheres to company procedures.
