Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing machine-operator experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude required.
• Ability to understand HMI/machine status information, alarms, basic sensors, and automated/robotic equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting/problem-solving skills with discipline to escalate issues when needed.
• Strong communication, comprehension of instructions, and clear, respectful responses.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently while coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate vibratory welding cell and automated equipment/robots per SOPs and production schedules.
• Perform start-up, operation, changeover, adjustments, and shutdowns within authorization.
• Load/verify components to ensure correct product flow through the cell.
• Monitor machine status, alarms, sensors, and robot activity; escalate faults appropriately.
• Inspect pallets for welds/quality defects and record production data.
• Coordinate with material handlers to maintain supply and flow of components and finished goods.
• Maintain 5S and comply with PPE, guarding, and safety requirements.
