Job summary

OPTIMIZED LOGISTICS LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Cell Operator to operate the vibratory welding cell and related automated equipment. You will follow approved procedures, perform start-up, changeover, and shutdown, verify components, and ensure proper flow through the cell.

You will monitor machine status, perform basic fault assessment, document production data, and coordinate with material handlers. The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read HMI, sensors, and safety protocols;

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing machine-operator experience preferred and mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Ability to understand HMI status, alarms, basic sensors, and automated/robotic equipment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and escalate issues when out of scope for operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate vibratory welding cell and automated equipment/robots per procedures.
• Perform start-up, changeover, adjustments, and shutdown activities.
• Load/verify components and ensure proper product flow through the cell.
• Monitor machine status, alarms, sensors, and robot activity.
• Perform basic fault assessment and escalate as needed.
• Inspect pallets for welds/quality defects and follow containment procedures.
• Record production counts, downtime, and required process information.
• Coordinate with material handlers to maintain supply and flow.
• Maintain 5S and PPE compliance; follow guarding and lockout/tagout rules.
