Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Bootcamp & Welding Training Foreman to lead welding training programs across the organization. You will oversee the Welding Bootcamp, training classes, and qualification activities while ensuring adherence to welding standards.

The role requires extensive pipe welding experience in industrial settings, the ability to train others on SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and orbital welding, and a commitment to safety and quality across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on pipe welding experience in industrial refrigeration or similar environments.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, pipe specs, welding symbols, and related docs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for supervising trainees and instructors.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain welding certifications used by the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead welding training programs, including Welding Bootcamp and classes.
• Coordinate instructors, staff, and trainee progression.
• Provide hands-on instruction in pipe welding, fitting, and fabrication across multiple processes.
• Evaluate weld tests and trainee performance, and give clear feedback.
