Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Welder Foreman to lead a skilled team fabricating structural components for industrial refrigeration systems. This hands-on leadership role reports to Manufacturing Leadership and runs on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday.

You will weld skid frames, penthouse frames, dispersion tanks, and other assemblies while ensuring safety and quality. The position emphasizes teamwork, mentoring welders, and maintaining productivity on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of structural welding experience.
• 2–5+ years of management or team leadership experience.
• Ability to pass a 3G Stick Weld test and Stainless Steel plate test.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights in PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of welders to complete fabrication tasks safely and efficiently.
• Weld structural components such as skid frames and frames for refrigeration systems.
• Ensure quality and safety standards on all projects.
• Coordinate with manufacturing leadership to meet schedules.
