Job summary

Aalo Atomics in Austin, TX is seeking Welding Assistants to support our fabrication team with daily shop operations. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on welding experience who want to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

You will assist with material preparation, equipment setup, measure and position materials, and help keep a safe, organized workspace. On-site work in Austin, starting at $18/hour with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of welding concepts (MIG, TIG, or stick).
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, bending).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
