About the role

We are seeking Welding Assistants to support our fabrication team with daily shop operations. This role is ideal for individuals with hands‑on welding experience gained through personal projects, informal training, or trade education who are eager to grow their skills. Responsibilities include assisting with material preparation, equipment setup, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. What you'll do
  • Assist welders with preparing materials, setting up equipment, and supporting daily fabrication tasks
  • Measure, cut, and position materials for welding and assembly

  • Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
  • Follow all safety procedures and support the team as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of welding concepts (MIG, TIG, or stick preferred)
