Job summary

nVent is seeking an Assembly Operator I to join our Solon, Ohio manufacturing team. You will assemble, label, and pack products, following work instructions and quality standards to support production schedules.

You’ll work in a dynamic, agile environment, with opportunities to cross-train in multiple areas such as RTS Packing, One Shots, Capping, Wash & Pack, and RTS. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with 0-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, labels, and/or packs products per instructions.
• Completes work to meet specifications, drawings, and routings.
• Maintains equipment and materials for operation and ensures safety and 5S standards.
