ManpowerGroup is partnering with an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services to hire Welders Mig-Metal for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in Waco, TX. As a Welder, you will perform MIG and Flux Core welds on a variety of components, read blueprints, and uphold safety and quality standards to support production.

The role requires 3+ years of welding experience (5+ preferred), with MIG and Flux Core proficiency. On-site interviews and welding tests are part of the process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years welding experience (5+ preferred)
• Proficiency in Flux Core and MIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Industrial welding background is a plus

Job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking dedicated and skilled Welders Mig-Metal 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Welder, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process, ensuring high-quality welds and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Job Title: Welders Mig-Metal 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: $22-$24 HR.

Interview Wednesday and Thursday

Shift: 1-6am 430 Monday -Thursday

2-4pm-230 Monday - Thursday

3- Friday sat Sunday 5am -5pm
