Qualifications:
Reading and interpreting blueprints: Understanding project requirements and specifications.
Cutting and joining metals: Using specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms and repair existing ones.
Using welding techniques: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
Flux core with ASME Knowledge
Material to be used: 18 gauge stainless steel and aluminum
Experience with wire gun and light gauge galvanized metal.
Setting up and operating equipment: Ensuring welding equipment is set up and operated safely and efficiently.
Inspecting and testing welds: Ensuring welds meet design requirements, safety standards, and structural reliability.
