Responsibilities include performing final inspections, daily equipment checks, and adhering to PPE standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, physical stamina to lift up to 80 pounds, and willingness to work 10-hour

• Available to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Weld team members to assemble trailers with quality and safety.
• Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
• Operate power tools and welding equipment on the line.
• Read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Perform quality checks and inspections per supervisor sheets.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections before shift start.
• Assist in additional duties as needed.
