Job summary

Novae LLC is seeking skilled weld team members to fabricate high-quality trailer components in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will maintain a clean, organized workspace while producing to specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating power tools and welding equipment, reading work orders, and performing quality checks. The role requires attention to safety, punctuality, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds.
• Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background check.
• Capable of self-direction in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Weld team members must follow safety protocols and wear PPE and equipment designed for the task.
• Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
• Operate all power tools and machinery on the weld line efficiently and respectfully.
• Read and understand work orders and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks and final inspections using inspection sheets as directed by supervisor.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections prior to shift start to ensure safety and equipment effectiveness.
• Assist in other areas as needed; not an exhaustive list of duties.
