Donaldson Company in Dixon, IL is seeking a TIG Welder on the 1st shift to perform TIG welding on materials per blueprints and specifications.
Responsibilities include reading assemblies, tack welding, monitoring heat and distortion, and setting up to 250 Amp and 32 Volt with 90/10 gas. High school diploma and 1 year welding experience required; NADCAP/NAVSEA credentials are a plus. Benefits include health, 401(k), and paid time off.

The TIG Welder position is located in Dixon, IL and will be responsible for performing TIG welding on materials. This 1st shift position hours are, Monday through Thursday, 4:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
