Job summary

Lexicon seeks a Welder to fuse fabricated components and build robust structural forms, with safety at the forefront of every task. You will join a team focused on quality, efficiency, and community impact, contributing to projects that shape our infrastructure and industry.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years welding experience required.
• Able to read welding symbols and structural drawings.
• Pass a tape measure test and a plate thickness test (unlimited) for FCAW/SMAW.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret welding symbols and select correct materials.
• Identify QC-approved pieces for welding and gather needed equipment.
• Clean welded pieces for next processing stage and ensure safety/QA adherence.
• Travel to various locations to support shutdowns and operate overtime as needed.
• Maintain punctual attendance and perform non-essential tasks as required.
