Heil Trailer in Athens, Tennessee is looking for a dedicated welder to perform welding and fabrication tasks. Responsibilities include preparing materials, welding per quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Applicants must be proficient in GMAW and GTAW techniques and able to work as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in MIG/TIG welding. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $21.62 per hour plus shift differentials for night shifts.
Starting pay: $21.62 per hour plus $2 per hour shift differential for night shift positions.
Perform various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction. Perform all tasks necessary in the manufacture of finished product. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
