Job summary

Lippert in Texas is seeking a Welder to contribute to our assembly line by joining components and sub-assemblies through welding and by repairing defective welds to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with the Gas-Metal-Arc Welding (GMAW) process.
• Ability to follow safety rules and maintain a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assembles components or subassemblies by welding according to fixturing.
• Repairs defective welds to restore integrity.
• Rotates between production teams to meet schedules and company goals.
• Maintains good housekeeping practices and a safe work area.
• Sets up welding equipment and adjusts gas as needed.
