Job summary

Multiquip in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Welder to fabricate and assemble structural components for high-quality, industry-leading products. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and the ability to read layouts and weld diagrams to meet specifications.

Starting at $21.00 per hour with DOE, the position is full-time, on-site, with day shifts and overtime as needed. Benefits and paid time off are included in a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass the Multiquip Welder Certification test within 3 months of hire.
• Strong welding skills with experience in multiple welding positions.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret layout drawings, welding diagrams, and work orders to plan daily tasks.
• Set up equipment and prepare work area for welding operations.
• Lay out, position, align, and fit components in jigs/fixtures.
• Tack, weld, and assemble components using flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead techniques.
• Inspect welds for bead size, quality, and accuracy; perform pressure tests.
