This position is responsible for using fabrication tools such as plasma, stud gun, and welder.

• Operate overhead crane and forklift.
• Perform various types of welding including flux core, stick welding, vertical up welding, overhead welding, out of position, and arc gouge.
• Maintain internal quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Complete daily and weekly production output targets.
• Address complex issues such as unusual nameplates and testing challenges.
• Support monthly operational goals.
• Straighten sheet metal.
• Perform plasma cutting and fitting parts.
• Conduct repair work as needed.

• Have welding and torching experience.
• Willing to undergo a welding test prior to employment.
• Possess good mechanical skills.
• Maintain a cooperative attitude with internal and external customers.
• Assist team members in resolving questions.
