Job Responsibilities:

• Operate fabrication tools such as plasma cutters, stud guns, and welders.
• Use overhead cranes and forklifts safely and effectively.
• Perform various welding techniques including flux core, stick welding, vertical up welding, overhead welding, out-of-position welding, and arc gouging.
• Maintain internal quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Complete daily and weekly production targets.
• Address complex issues such as unusual nameplates and testing challenges.
• Support monthly operational goals.
• Perform sheet metal straightening, plasma cutting, part fitting, and repair work.
