Required Experience & Skills

• Entry-level and experienced Welders encouraged to apply

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components
• Weld structural steel components
• Assist with fabrication and assembly
• Prepare materials for welding
• Position and align components
• Perform tack welding as required
• Use grinders and other power tools
• Use applicable hand tools
• Inspect completed work for visible quality concerns
• Follow applicable drawings and production instructions
• Maintain consistent weld quality
• Assist experienced Welders and Fabricators as needed
• Maintain established production standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform additional welding and fabrication duties as assigned

Entry-Level Welders

You don't need to be a veteran Welder to start the conversation. Candidates who are building their welding careers may have opportunities to:

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable performing physically active shop work
• Ability to safely work around welding equipment, grinders, sparks, heat, metal, and industrial machinery
• Ability to wear all required PPE

Work Environment

Fast-paced welding and fabrication environment. Regular work with structural steel and metal components. Hands-on MIG welding and fabrication responsibilities. Regular use of hand and power tools. Consistent Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM day shift. Overtime opportunities available. Strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and dependable attendance.
