Qualifications

• Manufacturing, fabrication or shop experience.
• MIG and TIG welding experience (reading welding symbols and blueprints is a plus).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, safety-minded and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to blueprints, specifications and quality standards.
• Fabricate, assemble and repair metal parts.
• Grind, sand, deburr and finish welded parts.
• Support machine operators and learn fiber lasers, press brakes and other shop equipment.
• Inspect welds and finished products; pack and prepare product for shipment.
• Keep a clean, safe shop (forklift certification training available).
