Job description

Alliance Workforce is hiring on behalf of a fabricator in Broward County! We are seeking a skilled spot welder to work with aluminum sheet metal and stainless steel using a stationary welder. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:

1. Read part prints and identify spot weld symbols
2. Select appropriate weld heads to ensure proper placement and quality welds
3. Adjust machine settings to achieve strong, secure welds
4. Utilize a tensile tester and other tools to verify weld integrity
5. Operate hand-held power tools, including air files and orbital sanders
6. Maintain accurate part counts and log work in the computer system
7. Work comfortably in a factory setting with noise and dust
8. Ensure reliable and consistent transportation to and from work
9. Keep the workspace clean and organized
10. Must have own helmet! Everything else will be provided.

Schedule:

1. Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2. Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
