Responsibilities

• Design and Preparation: place parts on jigs with measuring tapes, clamps and squares for precise welding.
• Tack Welding: join parts with tack welds for a clean finish.
• Welding Experience: weld components using MIG, pulsed, or robotic techniques.
• Safe Operation of Tools: operate portable and power tools safely per safety protocols.
• Following Instructions: adhere to work and welding instructions to meet standards.
• Quality Control: ensure parts fit correctly in jigs and align with components.
• Material Handling: operate overhead cranes or hoists as needed.
• Visualization of Finished Products: anticipate final appearance during welding.
• Assembly Skills: assemble welded parts per specifications.
• Adaptability: perform other tasks as assigned.
