Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Welder/Metal Fabricator to join a metal fabrication operation in New Jersey. This Temp to Perm role offers benefits after conversion to direct hire and the chance to work on high-profile projects in the New York City area.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am–3:30pm with overtime opportunities. Pay ranges based on experience, with a test welding assessment during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Cut, assemble, and weld metal components for stairs, railings, and other structural projects using provided blueprints and specifications.
• Review drawings and completed work to identify errors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Work independently and with team members to complete projects efficiently and within established timelines.
• Assist with the handling, movement, and organization of materials throughout the fabrication facility.

Job description

We are hiring a Welder/Metal Fabricator for their Metal Fabrication company. TheWelder/Metal Fabricator will be involved in all parts of the fabrication process, from raw material to finished product. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, with company benefits once converted to Direct Hire. The Welder/Fabricator will have the opportunity to fabricate high profile projects throughout New York City!

Welder/Metal Fabricator Responsibilities

Hours: 7am – 3:30pm (Overtime Availability)

Pay: $210- $34/hr. depending on experience
