Overview

Maintenance/Welder Crew Lead – Prep Plant

Jennmar Services is currently seeking a Maintenance Crew Team Lead for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in the Graysville, PA area. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Work and maintain all prep plant machinery as necessary.
• Welding and torching when needed.
• Perform general labor and maintenance work where required.
• Oversee team functions and enforce safety standards.
• Report any accidents, injuries, near misses, absences or resignations to the leadership team.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm – 4 on 3 off (10‑hour shift)
• Night Shift: 9:00 pm – 7:00 am (10‑hour shift)
• Overtime available

Job Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Previous welding experience required.
• Previous supervisor/lead experience preferred.
• MSHA Surface Training (will be provided).
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug & alcohol testing, and hair follicle test required.
• Basic hand tool experience.
