Job summary

A leading services company is seeking a Maintenance/Welder Crew Lead for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Morgantown, WV. The role requires previous maintenance and welding experience, as well as supervisory skills. Responsibilities include maintaining machinery, performing welding tasks, and ensuring safety standards are met. Overview

Maintenance/Welder Crew Lead – Prep Plant

Jennmar Services is currently seeking a Maintenance Crew Team Lead for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in the Graysville, PA area. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Work and maintain all prep plant machinery as necessary.
• Welding and torching when needed.
• Perform general labor and maintenance work where required.
• Oversee team functions and enforce safety standards.
• Report any accidents, injuries, near misses, absences or resignations to the leadership team.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm – 4 on 3 off (10‑hour shift)
• Night Shift: 9:00 pm – 7:00 am (10‑hour shift)
• Overtime available
