Maintenance Tech/ Welder - Bailey Mine Prep Plant Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on prep plant machinery as needed
• Welding and torching as needed (preferred, not required)
• Fabrication and grinding as needed (preferred, not required)
• General labor and maintenance support where needed
• Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 9:00pm - 7:00 AM (4 days on / 3 days off, 10‑hour shifts + overtime as available)
