Job summary

Vulcan Metals Corporation in Atchison, KS is seeking a Welder to perform various production functions using welding processes and related tools. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Pay ranges from $26.42 to $28.58 per hour.

Position Overview

As a Welder based in Atchison, KS you will be responsible for performing various production functions using various welding processes, air carbon arcing, cutting torch functions and operating various grinders.

SHIFT: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

PAY: $26.42-$28.58

Responsibilities

• Work individually and as a team with other
• Operate various grinders electric and pneumatic preferred
• Operation and usage of cutting torch
• Operation and usage of Carbon Arc (Arc Air) for removal of defects and dressing
• Operation of bridge cranes preferred
• Use problem solving skills to improve machine productivity and quality.
