We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented welders and fitters to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in fabricating and assembling high-quality steel components by welding, fitting, and interpreting technical drawings while maintaining a safe, organized workspace. • Weld structural steel components using primarily MIG welders
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Salary Range: $29.00 per hour or DOE

Expected hours: 40 per week

Day Shift 2 Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM & Friday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM & Sunday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements

Skills

• Knowledge of various hand and power tools used in welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
• Understanding of codes and standards related to welding practices
• Ability to operate rigging equipment for lifting heavy materials

Physical Abilities

• Lifting: up to 75 lbs, infrequently, 50 lbs frequently
• Standing: Ability to stand greater than 75% of shift in an industrial setting
• PPE: Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment.
