Kids for the Future is seeking reliable welders and fitters to join our fabrication team in Lewistown, MT. You will weld, fit, and interpret technical drawings while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and contributing to high-quality steel fabrication.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and fitting steel components.

Day Shift 2 Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM & Friday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM & Sunday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements

Skills

• Knowledge of various hand and power tools used in welding processes


• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately


• Understanding of codes and standards related to welding practices


• Ability to operate rigging equipment for lifting heavy materials

Physical Abilities

• Lifting: up to 75 lbs, infrequently, 50 lbs frequently


• Standing: Ability to stand greater than 75% of shift in an industrial setting


• PPE: Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment.
