EverStaff, LLC is hiring experienced MIG and TIG Welders/Fabricators for the Kent area. This direct-hire, full-time role offers competitive pay, steady hours, and excellent benefits in a growth-focused manufacturing environment.

You will weld on steel and aluminum, read blueprints and fabrication drawings, fabricate and assemble parts to exact specs, and safely operate shop tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes. Overtime is available and strongly encouraged.

Competenze

• 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately.
• Experience working with steel and/or aluminum.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Manufacturing or shop experience preferred.

Join a Growing Manufacturing Company! We are hiring experienced MIG & TIG Welders/Fabricators to join our team in the Kent area. This is a Direct Hire Full time opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and excellent benefits in a stable, growth-focused environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $26-28+/hr (based on experience)
• Weekly Gas Reimbursement
• Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)
• Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Fabricate and assemble parts to precise specifications
