Responsibilities include:

• Performing welding operations on various components, including cowbells, pipes, flanges, mufflers, and Y-pipes.
• Utilizing different welding systems for various tasks, including plasma cutting and out-of-position welding.
• Setting up and maintaining equipment, ensuring safety protocols, and keeping the work area organized.
• Meeting production targets and recording rework when necessary.
• Reporting machine issues and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.

Required skills and abilities:

• Strong aptitude for fast and accurate welding.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate welding data sheets and maintain quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Steel-toed shoes required; no sleeveless shirts.
