Klover Prefab in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Welder II to weld exterior and interior wall panels for commercial buildings, using MIG welding processes and reading shop drawings to ensure precise panel fit.

The role requires 5+ years MIG welding experience, AWS D1.1 certifications, and a high school diploma. You will work a 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2 AM, with a $22–$26/hour base rate plus a $2/hour shift differential. Safety and quality are top priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MIG welding experience or equivalent in manufacturing.
• Read and interpret shop drawings; exact panel layout.
• Current AWS D1.1 certs in GMAW/SMAW.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade edu preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings.
• Gather materials and determine welding method based on specs.
• Measure and cut materials; perform panel layout.
• Pre-assemble panel components for welds and weld to secure.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in various positions.
• Move assembled wall sections to next operation and maintain logs.
• Attend welder and safety training and stay current with certifications.
