Global Finishing Solutions in Osseo is seeking a Welder II to join a precision-driven team. You’ll weld with MIG (and occasional TIG) to produce high-quality components and read blueprints to ensure parts fit right the first time.

You’ll stitch sheet metal, weld water-tight tanks, and use grinders, drills, shears, and plasma cutters to bring designs to life. The role rewards craftsmanship with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED (technical school certification a plus).
• AWS D1.1 welding certificate.

Transparent Rewards

At GFS, we recognize the dedication behind every role and ensure that our compensation reflects both your impact and our shared success.

Pay Range

$23.81 - $28.10 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications. For 2nd shift there is a $3.00 per hour shift differential.

Bonus Eligibility

This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
