Polaris Inc. is seeking a Welder I to join our manufacturing team in the United States. You will perform GMAW welding on carbon steel, inspect welds, read schematics, and operate robotic weld stations. This role requires teamwork, adherence to safety rules, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or technical certification required.
• 1+ years of welding experience.
• Ability to read routings, work orders and production reports.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished parts to ensure weld quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and processes to follow specs.
• Operate robotic weld systems and rotate stations as assigned.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain a clean work area.
