Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an hourly welding operator to load parts, operate welding robots, and perform incidental maintenance in a fast-paced environment. You will document FTQ data and scrap reports while ensuring safety and quality.

Prior welding experience is preferred, and training is provided through our established program. The role emphasizes good communication, adherence to Polaris values, and the ability to stand for long periods in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding robot and perform incidental maintenance (cone/tip cleaning, wire replacement).
• Load parts in specified sequence and identify good/bad welds.
• Maintain maintenance logs and data like FTQ, work gen, and scrap reports.
• Communicate weld quality issues and assist with minor repairs.
