Qualifications

• Minimum one year welding experience.
• Completion of a welding training program or vocational certification preferred.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete work accurately.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts according to instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specs.
• Set up welding equipment and maintain tools in safe condition.
• Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with welders, fabricators, and production team members.
