Job summary

Fab Fours, a division of the Warn Group, is seeking skilled welders to set up and operate hand welding equipment and MIG weld parts such as bumpers and mounting brackets. You will read blueprints, inspect parts for quality, and maintain a safe, organized shop in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of MIG welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform singular welds, with minimal passes and long passes without stopping.
• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.

• Operate fabrication tools, sanders, and cutting equipment.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop.

What You'll Do:
