Job summary

Smith Ironworks in Hesperia, CA is hiring a Welder Helper for the swing shift. The role pays $18.00–$23.00 per hour. Shift hours are 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with serious focus on safety and efficient material handling.

You will perform general labor, operate hand and power tools, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following all safety policies. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment required for the position.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete specialized tasks that may require on-the-job training.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Hourly
