Job summary

Duke Manufacturing Company in Sedalia, Missouri is seeking a full-time Welder to join our Production team.

You will perform hand-welding on standard and custom food-service equipment, using MIG, TIG, or handheld laser, with attention to dimensional and alignment specs.

Schedule: B Shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00pm–2:30am) in Sedalia. Starting pay $19.50/hour, plus a $1.50/hour shift premium for B shift; many opportunities for advancement; Duke is family-owned for over 100 years.

Qualifications

• Welding experience with food-service equipment preferred.
• Ability to read welding drawings/specifications and maintain tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand-welding on standard and custom food-service equipment per welding requirements.
• Use MIG, TIG, or handheld laser welding methods as needed.
• Finish by smoothing, polishing, or grinding to meet specs.

Job Description: Welder

Performs hand-welding operations on a variety of standard and special food service equipment products for domestic or international shipment in accordance with welding requirements, dimensional, and alignment specifications. Utilizing welding methods and techniques in MIG, TIG, or Handheld Laser as well as performing smoothing, polishing, or grinding.

Work Schedule & Location:

• A shift (Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:00pm)
