Qualifications

• ASME standards experience in piping, boiler, or vessel fabrication/maintenance.
• Ability to pass ASME 6G/X-ray certification.
• 3/8” Sch 80 GTAW and 6” Sch 80 GMAW listed in requirements.
• Ability to read 3D and 2D drawings for pipe routing and equipment placement.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication & welding including butt and socket welds.
• Fabricate pipe spools, structural frames, and holding tanks.
• Produce clean welds using GMAW and GTAW.
• Operate cutting torch, saw, and welding tools proficiently.
• Read drawings to determine routing and layout.
• Conduct hydrotest verifications and inspections.
• Maintain CMTR and material attributes per ASME standards.
• Collaborate with team and participate in CI initiatives.
