Job summary

Steel Fabricator in Ridgefield, WA is seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter for full-time, on-site work. Expect 5 years welding in a fabrication environment and 3–4 years fitting, with a strong emphasis on reading drawings and safety practices. Must pass pre-employment drug screening and hold a clean Washington driver’s license.

Regular hours, with overtime and occasional weekends. Salary ranges from $23.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on certification, skills and experience.

Qualifications

• 5 Years Welding in a Steel Fabrication Environment.
• 3-4 Years experience fitting.
• Must Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• Must be Drug-Free & Marijuana Free.
• Must have a Valid, Clean Washington State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and oral instructions and transmit them accurately.
• Understand and execute drawings.
• Adhere to safe use of equipment and tools.
• Maintain dependable schedule and attendance.
• Work overtime; weekly average 50 hours; occasional nights and weekends.
